The children in Early Years throughly enjoyed pirate day. The pictures say it all!

⚽️ The children had a fantastic time at the sponsored penalty shootout challenges with the coaches from OAFC! 💙

They showed great determination, encouraged another and celebrated each others successes with lots of smiles throughout the day. ✨

Drakes had a fun filled experience at Imagine That Museum. The Children experienced an interactive guide of art and science through four different zones of imagination and exploration. 

Lowrys had a fantastic day at Castleshaw exploring a range of habitats and investigating clues to identify the animals that might live there. 🍃

They enjoyed pond dipping where they discovered a variety of fantastic aquatic creatures and learned about their habitats. The children also explored micro-habitats on the Castleshaw grounds.

Elgar’s visit to Yorkshire Sculpture Park! 🌿✨

The children spent the day exploring a range of inspiring sculptures, observing details closely and developing their sketching skills. They then used their creativity to design and create their own sculptures.

It was a wonderful opportunity to combine art, nature and imagination.
