This year we learn about a range of texts.

We are currently learning about familiar stories.

This half term we are reading and learning all about Goldilocks and three bears. 

Please ask your child about familiar stories and ask them about the characters in the stories. 

Ask your child what happens first, next and at the end of the story.

Throughout the year we also look at:

invitations, stories from similar authors, recounts, traditional tales, diaries, poems and postcards.
