Night and Day

We have been learning all about Nocturnal animals by reading the story 'Owl Babies' and 'The Dark Dark Night'. We thought about how the stories might end and acted it out. We have looked at space and aliens and wondered what it would be like to go to school with an alien! We drew what we thought they would look like and used some describing words. We have also begun to investigate light and dark and how we can change these by using torches and making dens.
