Reading Enrichment Day
We noticed in the morning that there were big footprints in our classroom. We investigated who could have left these.
We read the book 'We're going on a bear hunt' and decided that is was a bear.
We retold the story and made our own story maps. In the afternoon we went outside on a bear hut, we had to go through the 'swishy, swashy grass' the 'squelchy mud' and the 'swirling whirling snowstorm', then we found the bear hiding in the cave.
